We always enjoy meeting with our local customers, but we also understand the benefits of making the best use of modern technology, which is why we offer the Shore Online Accounting Service.
This package means that we can work with customers up and down the country, communicating by phone, text and email, with papers being posted or couriered. It’s a great way for you to keep costs down whilst benefiting from a service that is completely flexible and tailored to meet your ends.
You will still have access to all the information you might need and we can not only do the bookkeeping for you, but submit returns to HMRC, provide management information and do everything else that you might need from your accounting department and we’re happy to arrange a fixed fee.
The no hassle system is simple:

We send you your accounts folder and memory stick. Whenever you get any paperwork related to your finances, you put it in the folder. That’s receipts, invoices, bills, bank statements or whatever else. If you receive bills by email or create invoices on the computer, those files can be stored on the memory stick (or if you’d prefer you can print them out to put in the folder). |

When your folder is full, send it to us to be processed and we’ll send you a new folder straight away. We will also send you back the original folder, with everything sorted out and filed in order, once we’ve completed your bookkeeping. |

We can deal with your VAT returns, self assessment tax returns, payroll, CIS, or whatever else that needs doing, preparing everything for you to just check and submit to HMRC. |
We’re here for you to contact by phone or email as often as you want to if you’ve got any questions or queries, but if you haven’t then you don’t need to do anything else!
